We start with a warm
welcome on the website of Bennie Brepoels and Jack Aarts.
First our story about the start of
our combination.
Bennie, which has his own shop, was planning to stop with
the pigeon sport, because the lack of time. Jack,
which had no space for the lofts, due to the neighbors, played
from 2005 from the backyard of his son. Due to several circumstances he was
forced to search for a partner, or to stop with the pigeons. Bennie agreed in
playing together and from 2007 we play under the name of
Bennie Brepoels. Bennie's stock was almost based on the dusaer
breed. At Jack's it was mostly v. Engelshoven x Wijnand, later
complemented with pigeons from van Peperstraeten and A.P. Overwater.
In 2006
the pigeons proved already, that they were of the best breeds with the 23-26-41
Bordeaux with extreme heavy weather.
In 2007, the first year of our
combination was a good year, despite the adjusting of the pigeons, we won 4
times Teletext, to start with the 10th Brive against 675 pigeons, and the 20th
against 2255 pigeons, than Monteauban the 11th against 898 pigeons, Irun the 3rd
against 302 pigeons, also the 7th against 977 pigeons and the 47th National.
Berlin 3rd- 12th-16th against 196 pigeons, again with extreme
heavy weather and 30th, 100th and 122nd against 1238 pigeons. Cahors 4th
and 17th against 162 pigeons and 7th, 23rd and 32nd against 843 pigeons.
In 2008
there were less head prices, but the percentages were very high, with 2 out of 3
from Barcelona, and the 3rd pigeons was just after the prices, 2 out of 2 from
Tarbes, 1 out of 2 from Marseille, 3 out of 3 from Narbonne, 2
out of from Perpignan, 5 out of 11 from St. Vincent with the 25th,40th,70th,95th
and 124th provincial and the 9th provincial. Toppigeons were the B-05-5167896
with 7 out of 7, Bordeaux 23th provincial, Irun 161st, Narbonne 206th, Salbris
46th regional, Barcelona 226th provincial, Narbonne 155th provincial, Brive
297th provincial. The B-00-5076249 with 5 out of 5 from Barcelona. The B-06-5033223-
with 3 out of 3 and the B-06-5033225 with 7th provincial and 47th National. The
B-06-5032701 with 2 out of 4. In 2008 we won due to the above mentioned pigeons
the fond-marathon from South East and from the Vrede Tongeren. We played
under the name Bennie Brepoels, we planned to play under the name
Comb. Brepoels-Aarts in 2009. So far out introduction.
